I demystify complex technology so anyone can put it to work, whether you lead a team, run a company, or are just getting started. I learn like a sponge and translate the hardest ideas into plain language, so what feels out of reach becomes obvious. A Shanghai-born technologist and award-winning designer, I work where engineering, product, and design converge. This is the index of everything I build, write, and ship.

Engineering Design Product AI
The Venn diagram has converged with AI

For most of my career, engineering, product, and design were three separate crafts, and I had to pick a lane for every task. AI collapsed the lines between them. For the first time I can move fluently across all three at once, from first prototype to shipped product. That convergence is where I do my best work.
